Sporting Chances – SEND Sports Provision
This is the second year of the Wolves Academy’s National Lottery funded project called Sporting Chances. The aim of the project is to try and engage children and young adults with SEND more into sport to increase both their physical and mental wellbeing. The project has two elements, one being evening activities at local community hubs (flyer attached). The experienced, skilled coaches will deliver the inclusive sporting sessions.
The following sessions are available.
Sport: Football
Location: City of Wolverhampton College, Wellington Road
Day: Monday
Time: 5-6pm under 16’s / 6-7pm 16+
Sport: Multiple sports
Location: Ashmore Park Hub
Day: Tuesday
Time: 5-6pm – 11鈥�18-year-olds
Sport: Football and Multiple sports
Location: Wolves Foundation Arena
Day: Thursday
Time: 5-6pm – 11鈥�18-year-olds
